Here at Vinylera we like to think that you will be perfectly happy if not positively thrilled with your vinyl purchase. However, we do not live in a perfect world and there may be the odd occasion when you are not pleased. If so, do not hesitate to contact us first with any complaints that you may have and we shall get back to you as soon as possible.

If you do feel the need to return your purchase because of a defect, then we shall require notification within 28 days of delivery. Once the item has been received back by us a full refund will be issued.

Under the Sale Of Goods Act 1978 we are obliged to provide you with a full refund on defective items. However, if for some reason you are not happy with purely the musical content of your purchase we will not be able to offer the same returns policy.

Should you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, then you have the right to do so under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations. However, this must be done within seven working days of you receiving the order. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

The vast majority of LPs we stock are still sealed although some are not. However, we do reserve the right to open a sealed record prior to shipping if we have reason to believe that there may be a recurring pressing fault with a particular title.

Please note that V.A.T. is included on all catalogue prices shown. Although every effort has been made to provide a track listing for each item we cannot guarantee their accuracy. Minor discrepancies may occur. They should be used for general reference only.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. And we will only collect such information to enable us to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by either ordering an out of stock item or requesting information regarding an item.
